Shipping & Return Policy

We strive to get your order to you and complete shipping and delivery as quickly and easily as possible. Orders placed before 1 PM PST Mon–Fri will leave our Santa Ana, California location the very same day. 

Processing Time: Processing refers to order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders placed before 2 PM PST are sent to our warehouse, processed, and shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed. After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail with the tracking code to the email address you used to place the order. 

US Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our location in Santa Ana, California, to the destination. Orders are shipped by the US Postal service. Should you choose the FREE shipping option, you can expect your order within 3 business days if you are on the West Coast or in the Midwest or within 3–5 business days for the East Coast; with USPS Priority, you can expect it within 1–2 business days for the West Coast or 2–3 business days for the East Coast. Please note: these shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

 International Shipping

Currently we only ship domestically within the United States where allowed. abides by all federal and state laws which means we may not be able to ship our product(s) to your state depending on your State’s current laws around Hemp & Delta-8 THC.
These regulations and compliance factors change by the minute, so please ensure to check back on our shipping policy often.

We will take returns of unopened product for exchange within 30 days of purchase. 

We require that the customer contact us within at least thirty (30) days of receipt of product in order to qualify for refund or exchange.

Doja Hemp does not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any merchandise (defective or otherwise.)  All orders are thoroughly inspected at Doja Hemp and adequately packed before shipment.

Doja Hemp does assume the responsibility for the quality of our goods upon arrival to the customer. Doja Hemp does assume the responsibility for shipping costs on product exchanges when shipped to the customer. 

NOTICE:  All return requests are to be accompanied by the original product (defective or otherwise) in unopened and untampered condition in order for the customer to qualify for a refund.  All Doja Hemp products are packaged in heat sealed zip-locks.  This seal cannot be broken in order for a product to qualify for refund.  Doja Hemp reserves the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns and does not offer refunds on opened products.

In order to qualify for an exchange or store credit, Doja Hemp requires a return of the original product.  While we do not require that a product returned for store credit be in unopened and untampered condition, we do reserve the right to refuse return requests.  Doja Hemp also reserves the right to deny an exchange or credit upon inspection of any returned merchandise. Doja Hemp will not reship a returned item for any reason.
